* Bar Service *

Melvin’s provides a complete bar service and all liquor, beer, wine, champagne is provided.  Bars may be billed on a cash, master bar, or drink ticket basis.

Cash Bar

Each quest is billed individually for their drinks.

Master Tab Bar

A master tab bar is billed to a single pre-arranged account.  Our bartender tallies all drinks served during the allotted time.

Ticket Bar

This option allows you to choose the number of drink tickets to be given to each quest.  Melvin’s will supply these tickets and charge your master account for the specific cost of each drink.  Or you may chose the average rail drink or beer price of $3.50, and the customer would then pay the difference if they choose a higher priced drink for themselves.

Kegs

One 16-gallon keg averages 150 12 ounce glasses:

Melvin’s has a complete list of domestic and imported wines, sparkling wines and can order champagne to your liking.  Please ask for more information.

Minnesota state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.  Guest may be asked to provide identification.  Melvin’s on Green Lake reserves the right to discontinue bar service if necessary.
