Wright: Sanchez Top Players Who Do not Contribute
Arsenal football legend Ian Wright recommends that the club he once defended in the future does not play Alexis Sanchez in the big game.
The insistence, because when competing against top-flight club the performance of the Chilean national team retainer seemed to decrease drastically in the field. Where to make it get the sharp spotlight from the circles, even with half-a-half that it actually harm the club to achieve full points.
Evidently, of the five early Premier League matches against Liverpool, the player did not contribute at all and the result of the Gunners must have been a 4-0 defeat at Anfield.
While in the London derby last weekend when he entered as a replacement player still does not give a positive influence on which Arsenal have to settle for a goalless draw counter Chelsea.
With that record then Wright called the 28-year-old player was like a luxury that does not provide fresh air. Interestingly the legend is more pleased to see duet Alexandre Lacazette and also Danny Welbeck.
“Everyone knows how high I rate Sanchez and I want to see him play as much as possible before he moves on,” Ian Wright told the media.
“But you are wondering if he is a luxury but can not afford in such games against Liverpool and Chelsea and I’m not just saying this because they draw at Stamford Bridge.
“Sanchez will make you wonder, as he did counter FC Koln in the Europa League, but he often lost the ball and it could be a problem and as I said, the good outweighs bad things with Sanchez.
“It’s a pity Danny Welbeck should have an injury that looks bad because he and Alexandre Lacazette started building good rides. But if Arsenal play with a bravery, the character and belief shown against Chelsea, maybe the future will not be bleak, as we fear. “
